So Savage and I think remington used to make an over/under that was a rifle and shotgun combo but I can't find them anymore. Does anyone know if such a gun is still sold?
I don't think Remington ever made a combo gun! They did however import the old Valmet ( pronounced VAL MAY) shotgun and put the Remington name on it. It was the Mod 3200 series, there were three in the series, the field, the sheet, and the trap. That is the same firearm made in Finland that Savage used in the Combo form a 12ga over a 308, or 222 which was a model 2400, and two shotguns on that same action were the mod 330, and the 333 which came in 20 ga or 12 ga. These are all the old Finnish Lion shotgun, and though they looked a little rough, they were very good shotguns, and the Savage combo mod 2400 was a great hunting combo!
