How do you cook your rabbits?

    Just wondering how you guys cook you rabbits.

    Salt, pepper, flour, and paprika batter...then slow fried in veg. oil in a cast iron skillit. Soak the rabbit pieces in milk for an hour or so in refrigerator before battering.

    I don't, I sell them to a bloke who re-sells them to people who keep snakes (very big snakes :shock: ), also a lot of them I use to attract foxes to open places (good theory, only sometimes works :wink: ).
    Here we just shoot rabbits to lower the population, dosn't seem to work though, shoot one and ten come to the funeral :evil: .

    Put 'em in a casserole dish and pour bbq sauce on 'em. Cover and bake at 325 for about 1hour.

    Man, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. The problem is that rabbit season doesn't start til Nov. and I don't have any left in the freezer. Guess I'll have to stop at Kroger and get some chicken to BBQ. It's not as good but.....
