I posted this on another, and probably incorrect thread.

Can someone tell me how you take down a Winchester Model 100? No help on the US Repeating Arms site. :?

THE WIN 100 CAN BE A TRICKY GUN IF NOT FAMILAR WITH IT, REMOVE YOUR STOCK BOLT S THAN PULL YOUR BOLT REARWARD TIL IT RELEASES FROM THE STOCK, FROM THERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE USE OF AN ACTION CLEANER AND AFTER STANDARD BORE CLEANING AND INTERNAL SCRUBBING, SPRAY DOWN /INSIDE AND OUT WITH GUN SCRUBBER OR SUCH, BLOW OUT WITH AIR IF POSSIBLE IF NOT LET AIR DRY, OIL AS NORMAL, REASSEMBLE.
