Mod 70 22 Hornet value?

:shock: At gunshow Saturday, saw pre-64 Mod 70 in 22 Hornet. Good condition. Kmart scope--looked really new, like it had been mounted just for the show??? Asking $1900.00. Was that reasonable? Is a 70 Hornet that valuable!?!?
