I was thinking about getting a SW 325PD, but I don't know. The cylinder is a scandium alloy and looks different than the rest of the gun. Could I have it blued? How much would that cost me? Or is the difference really that noticable?

Well, you can't be superficial when it comes to guns. Accuracy and reliability are not affected by how the gun looks. Glocks are some of the best guns ever made and they are no beauty. It's like a woman. If you go entirely for looks, you may end up with a horrible, worthless, pain in the neck piece of crap that you'll regret ever getting involved with.

the cylinder is Ti, the frame is Sc. it cannot be blued because it is not a ferrous metal( i think). although blues is not expensive and can easily be done at home
