Sweet, thanks for adding the Savage forum. At the moment I am the proud owner of a 111 in 30-06 and a model 93 in 17HMR. I personally believe that Savage rifles are the best rifles out there for the price. They are under-rated but good grief do they shoot.
I have a striker .308 stainless steel with the adjustable muzzle brake. Is a sweet little hand cannon! Read my review in the opinion fourm.
I also have the 111. Got it as a combo kit, and think it is one of the best deals I've ever gotten. Great rifle that is way under-rated. Rob
none yet but I hope to get a couple savages in the future a .308 a .223 and I have heard rumors of savage expressing interest in the new .204 ruger if they chamber a rifle in it before I can save enough to buy a ruger then I will def. hafta buy one of these savages in .204 Aaron
I have a 110 in .270 win with a composite stalk. I think I've had it for about 13 years or so and it has always performed flawlessly. Damn accurate too. My old man has a model 99 in .300 Savage, so does my Grandpa. Those two guns are ancient but they sure have killed alot of deer!
Model 110 FP tactical .223 Rem Model 10 FV .223 Rem Model 111 .250-3000 Savage Model 110 FXP 7mm-08 Rem and I love every one of them
like the savage cause i can find lefty models. got one in a .243, looking for one in a bit bigger caliber, too...
Greetings Fellow Savage Owners: My cabinet currently contains: 1) 10FXP 7mm-08 2) 110 30-06 (pondering a mod to 35 Whelen) 3) 12 FV 223 w/ Accutrigger (this is my favorite as the trigger is as good as I ever have used or hoped to use without enriching the local gunsmith) My only complaint is that none of the local shops I frequent carry the other models (110, 111, etc) with the Accutrigger yet. Seems like they have appeared everywhere else but in my neck of the woods. Otherwise I have no regrets about any of their performance, great firearms and shooters all. I hope to add a few more as I am able to, particularly another heavy barrel rig with an accutrigger in 7 or 300 Mag.. Mountainview
It looks like i'm alone here. I have 2 model 340's a .222 and 30-30. I also hade one in .22 Hornet that I sold. Wish I had that one back!
Re: re: What do you have Pigeon, Have you shot it yet. My little brother got a model 93 last week and it is a sweet shooting little gun.
I've got astainless/synthetic Striker and a S/S M-10, both in 7mm/08. I also have 5 Savage/Stevens 340/325 rifles in 30/30 floating around. I had another blued/wood M-10 but sold that after I bought the S/S M-10.
I have the 116fxcp3. At first i had nothing but problems with it. The magazine kept on falling out and the scope kept on loosing up. Got it fixed and now i love the darn thing. IT CAN SHOOT!
I just bought from gunbroker.com a Savage Arms 116BSS, 30-06, Gray Laminated Stock It is very unique. Scope: Mueller Rifle Scope 4-16X50 IGR AO http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=23644077
I have a Model 95 that looks almost new and is amazingly accurate and a Model 99 featherweight in .308 that's a honey. I'd like to have a .300 Savage model 99 takedown, but they are getting pretty expensive nowadays. I might have to make do with the two old war horses that I have.
I have a stevens single shot 16 ga. full choke and got my son a model 111 bolt action 270 win.. That stevens has killed 90 % of my deer and 100% of everything else  tommy
I have a savage model 99,(R)?in 300 savage,I"ve used the 180g ammo,it has an old weaver 2x5,in a echo side mount,what is a savage model 99r,it was made in 1938.
