I have a Romanian AK-47, I believe it is of the Romanian Model MK-11& C.U.R.-2. I need to know if there is anything bigger then a 75 round drum. I know they offer a 100 round drum for the Norinco Chinese model. But i dont think that would fit mine. Its a very nice gun. 7.62 x 39mm cartridge. And What is the best way to clean the gun>

so far the biggest drum i have seen is 75 rds.

as far as cleaning goes, remove the top cover, then remove the spring. then remove the bolt carrier/gas piston and bolt.

i like to take a rag and put some hoppes #9 or rem oil on it, and wipe down these parts. i lightly oil the spring, and then i wipe down the inside of the reciever. then i run a cleaning rod and bore brush through the barrell followed by a patch with oil on it. i put it back together and wipe down the stock with a light coat of oil.

Clean? It's an AK. Enough said. :D

The Norinco drums are 100 round but are kinda scarce right now. Sone people prefer the Norinco drums over the Romanian's as you can store them loaded without any spring tension. When you need it, you wind it up and you're good to go. I'm hoping with the demise of the AWB these drums will start being imported again.

I see no reason why the 100 rounder wouldn't fit your rifle.
